Lessons will be given by Angela Simons ( Power Walking instructor). Duration of our lessons is 60 minutes. 
It is always possible to sign up after lessons have started or to ask for a free introduction lesson!

What is Power walking?

Power Walking is walking in a brisk pace. The muscle enhancing exercises that are done in between make sure you burn more fat and your body will tone.
